Terms of Service for Mosaic

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mosaic, a product operated by Smart MedAI ("we", "us", or "our"), a product of SMART MEDAI INC.

By accessing or using Mosaic, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Mosaic provides tools for tracking, discovering, and interacting with media content.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Use automated systems to manipulate the platform
  • Engage in behavior that degrades the experience for other users

4. Ratings Manipulation and Abuse

Mosaic relies on user input to provide meaningful recommendations.

We reserve the right to monitor for and take action against behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Rating spamming
  • Artificially inflating or deflating ratings
  • Coordinated or automated manipulation of content signals

If we reasonably suspect such behavior, we may:

  • Restrict functionality
  • Suspend or terminate the account
  • Remove or adjust associated data

These actions may be taken without prior notice.

5. Content and Data

Mosaic displays metadata about media content sourced from third parties such as TMDb.

We do not claim ownership over third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy.

6. Third-Party Services

Mosaic may integrate with third-party services, such as Apple Sign-In or Trakt.

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, including if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We detect abuse or misuse
  • Continued access poses risk to the platform or other users

You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mosaic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • Accuracy or completeness of data
  • That the service will be error-free

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart MedAI and SMART MEDAI INC. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, use, or profits
  • Damages resulting from use or inability to use the service

10. Future Paid Features

We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Additional terms may apply
  • Pricing and billing terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase

Paid features, if offered, are also subject to our Subscription Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Mosaic after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
