Subscription Terms

Subscription Terms for Mosaic

Effective Date: March 26, 2026

These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern any paid features or subscriptions offered within Mosaic, operated by Smart MedAI, a product of SMART MEDAI INC.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Overview

Mosaic may offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features.

All subscriptions are optional. Core functionality may remain available without payment.

2. Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID.

  • Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

We do not store or process your payment information directly.

3. Free Trials

We may offer a free trial period, such as 14 days.

  • Free trials are available for a limited time or to eligible users only
  • If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan

We reserve the right to modify or revoke trial offers at any time.

4. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

6. Changes to Pricing

We may change subscription pricing in the future.

If pricing changes:

  • You will be notified in advance where required
  • Changes will apply to future billing periods

7. Feature Availability

Premium features may evolve over time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, add, or remove features
  • Improve or discontinue specific functionality

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain a high-quality experience.

8. Subscription Downgrade and Data Access

If your subscription becomes inactive, including cancellation or expiration:

  • Your account and data will be retained
  • Certain premium features may become unavailable or limited
  • Data associated with premium features may be restricted from access or visibility while your subscription is inactive

We do not delete your data solely due to subscription status changes.

If you reactivate your subscription, previously restricted premium features and associated data may be restored, where applicable.

9. Abuse and Misuse

Subscriptions do not grant the right to misuse the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, including paid accounts, if we detect:

  • Rating manipulation
  • Abuse of systems
  • Violations of the Terms of Service

No refunds will be issued in cases of abuse or violation.

10. Termination

If your subscription is canceled:

  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing period
  • After that, your account will revert to the free tier
